This policy covers visits to galusotech.com and email communications with Galuso. It does not cover a product deployment or a separately agreed evaluation, which would require its own privacy arrangements.

In this policy, “Galuso” and “we” refer to Mootaas Abu Baker as the website operator and data controller.

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical data to deliver the website, protect it and diagnose problems. This can include your IP address, access time, requested page, referrer, browser or device information and response status.

The website has no contact form. Its page code does not include analytics or advertising trackers and does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Email contact

When you email Galuso, we use the information you provide to respond and manage related correspondence. This may include your name, email address, organisation, role and message content.

Contacting us is voluntary. We need a reply address and enough information about your enquiry to respond.

5. Clinical information

This website does not provide access to the Galuso prototype or accept document uploads. The prototype has so far been tested only with synthetic clinical documents and has not processed real patient data.

6. Providers and international processing

This website is delivered through Vercel, which handles technical request data as described in section 3. Incoming email is handled through Zoho Mail, which processes sender details and message content to deliver correspondence. Further information about these providers is available in the Vercel Privacy Notice and the Zoho Privacy Policy.

Website and email providers may process personal data to deliver those services. Depending on the provider, processing may take place in countries other than your country of residence. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the security of the website.

Galuso does not use this public website to sell personal data. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.

7. Retention

Technical log retention depends on provider settings and the needs of website delivery, security and troubleshooting. Email correspondence is kept as needed to handle your enquiry, related follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact Galuso about retention relevant to your enquiry.

Depending on the data protection law that applies to you and the processing concerned, you may have the right to:
