Project status

Galuso is a founder-led clinical AI project being developed with the intention of establishing the company in Saudi Arabia. The planned Saudi company has not yet been incorporated.

Current product status

Galuso Timeline is the first implemented capability within Galuso Intelligence. The cloud-based prototype uses AI-assisted document processing to help turn manually uploaded documents into structured clinical events. Events are organised chronologically with links to source documents, page references and supporting text excerpts.

The prototype has been tested only with synthetic clinical documents. It has not processed real patient data, has no live hospital information system (HIS) connection and is not clinically validated or deployed for patient care.

AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Source references support review; they do not establish clinical accuracy.

Planned direction

Galuso Ask and expanded Galuso Intelligence capabilities are planned next. Galuso Connector is a planned integration layer for authorised HIS sources and, longer term, national electronic health record (EHR) ecosystems. It is not a separate end-user product.

The intended Galuso user experience would be embedded in the clinician’s existing HIS interface. Integration depends on the interfaces, permissions and data-governance requirements of each environment; no HIS or national EHR connection is implemented. Backend hosting and deployment arrangements would be defined separately.

Galuso Decision Support is a longer-term direction. Future clinical use would require appropriate development, validation and regulatory assessment.
